After upgrading my Quantum Access to Windows 10, the wireless device disappeared. I google and tried below commands but got a error message something about invalid key value. What do I need to do to resolve this? Is there a wireless driver I need to reinstall? Thanks.

      reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /f

      netcfg -v -u dni_dne

      Hello Henry,

We’ve discussed this via email but to keep the solution public – Use our new drivers: here

After installing these drivers the non-working network adapter completely disappeared. All I am left with is two Bluetooth devices.

        Hello Mike,

If the device fails to return, restore your device. Please refer to the thread in tech support for the steps.
