Hi, I restored my Quantum Access today and I got the message “windows is not activated”. I follow the step like manual and download the restore file several times with the same result. Could you help me ?

Thank you for using our forums. Could you confirm if the unit had Windows Home before? If that was the case, then check the follow settings:
• That you can reach microsoft.com
• That your timezone and time are properly set
Also if you used Microsoft account in the unit before please add it again.
