On my Access Plus, it looks like the 1/23/2018 rollup patch broke the Win10 boot… Win10 boot and Safe Mode boot both produced an Inaccessible Boot Device error.
Command line was accessible, debugging showed no file corruption and no missing system files but none of the automatic repair tools fixed the problem.
After flailing around for an embarrasingly long time, I used DISM /image:c:\ /GetPackageInfo followed by DISM /image:c:\ /remove-package:<excruciatinglylongpastedpackagename> to remove the rollup, and the system booted normally after that. Before I reboot I will have to disable that update, but I am working again.
