Have been using Lynk with Byte Plus since it was available. In just the last week I have been getting this error message. “The Last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.” Anyone else seen this error. Makes the remote useless.

I had the same issue. The USB dongle is bad and needs to be replaced.
