I bought a quantum byte model QS-1043-QB a year or so ago while I was in the States. The device worked perfect since day one. I upgraded from win8.1 to win10 with no issue and worked great. While I was using the device a few days ago it did a few updates now the device won’t boot. Just the red power led comes on nothing else. Please help I would hate to scrap this device
