is there a setting or method to which this stick can power on by itself after ac power loss.

Thank you for using our Forums. The setting for Auto Power on is located in the BIOS (use DEL or ESC to get access to the BIOS) -> Advanced -> OS/BOM Configuration -> Select Auto Power on or manual power.
Turn off your unit, then turn it back on and continuously press the ESC key until a blue screen pops out (BIOS). First make sure that you have the option on the BIOS. This feature will be located in the BIOS -> Advanced -> OS/BOM Configuration -> Select Auto Power on or manual power.
If you do have the option Just select Auto Power on or manual power and then select Save & Exit, turn off the unit by removing the power cable then plug the cable back once again and if it turns on by itself then it worked.
If you do NOT have the Auto Power on or manual power option on the BIOS then:
