Just received a new Quantum Access. I plug it in, red light changes to blue, but no video is ever seen. I have tried plugging it into two different monitors, both of which I know work, but nothing.

Any ideas? Or should I just return it?

I have the same problem, please post the fix on this forum. Why no response? This is not very customer friendly to ignore people having issues. I will review this everywhere I can if there is no response here.

It is working now, but it was the 3rd monitor I connected to. Not sure what was the issue.

      Hello,

Thank you for your POSTs, we were trying to replicate the issue here in our labs. Let me provide you some troubleshooting:

1- There are two microUSB ports, one for USB and the other one for the power supply, please make sure that you are using the proper one.
2- Follow these steps: disconnect everything, wait 10 secs, turn the TV on, connect all the cables, select the proper HDMI and then turn the device on.
3- Could you try the device with a different TV or monitor? Some TVs don’t display the initial Windows setup, so what you could do, is use the device in a monitor to go over the setup and then, when you get Windows fully installed, use the device in the original desire TV.
4- Also you should know that there are some Vizio TVs having issues with its HDMI ports, please refer to this POST: https://azulletech.com/topic/k-mode-bsod-vizio-display/

Let me know if with those recommendations the device works.

If you have any question or need further help, do not hesitate to contact us.

      Thank you
