This is the first time I’ve tried connecting an Ethernet cable to my Quantum Access LAN windows 10, and to my surprise it wouldn’t connect. I checked the device manager and the only device showing under network devices was wifi. I downloaded an installed the Axis 3.18 Drivers, rebooted and still nothing. Is the stick defective or am I missing something?

    Hello prototask,

Thank you for choosing Azulle. We apologize for the inconvenience, for troubleshooting purposes im still going to add another link of the Quantum Access LAN driver. Let’s go ahead and download that driver once again open the folder and install it, once its done don’t forget to restart your Quantum Access and check if now the LAN is working.

If installing the Driver fails again go ahead and install this Intel Driver Update Utility run the program and check for driver updates once it finishes restart the Quantum Access. The last step we would recommend is factory reseting the unit, keep in mind that this method will delete all programs, videos, pictures, music, etc… It will only reinstall the default programs and Windows in this process also installing the default Drivers. Below i have included instructions on how to perform the factory restart on the Quantum Access. Further more if you need assistance or have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us, We’re available Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm est and can always email us at support@azulletech.com anytime.

1 – Download the factory restore files Quantum Access Recovery Files (click here to download)
2 – Prepare a USB drive, has to be formatted as FAT32 and named WINPE
3 – Decompress the restore file on the root of the USB Drive, meaning that you will have all the folders on the very root of the drive
4 – Insert the USB on one of the ports, and boot from it. In order to do that start tapping the DEL key as soon as you turn on the device. Once in the BIOS (the blueish screen) move to the last tab Save & Exit and override the boot selecting your USB.
5 – Wait that the process finish, reboot the computer and you will be received with the new Windows
