I want to move Windows 10 from the tiny 32GB drive to the 500GB SSD drive that I’ve installed into my Byte3. Azulle suggested using MiniTool Partition Wizard’s Migrate OS to SSD/HD function. However, this will not work because Mini Tool Partition Wizard says there is a different sector size on the source disk and the destination disk. The properties of the 32GB drive say Sectors per Cluster 8 (4096 bytes); Sectors per file record 2 (1024 bytes); Sectors per Index Record 8 (4096 bytes). The properties of the 500GB drive say Sectors per Cluster 1 (4096 bytes); Sectors per file record 1 (4096 bytes); Sectors per Index Record 1 (4096 bytes). Apparently, this is why trying to migrate says there is a different sector size on the source disk and the destination disk. I tried to reformat the 500GB SSD in an attempt to match the sector size, but the drop down choices presented do not have the correct choices.
I used my own Win 10 installation USB to load Windows 10 directly to the SSD. Windows boot manager booting up now asks me if I want windows on the 32GB or the 500GB. The 32GB choice works fine, but the 500GB says windows can’t be loaded because file winload.efi contains errors. Trying the microsoft boot repair on the 500GB has not fixed the booting issue with windows on that drive.
How do I get the Byte3 to use a Win10 installed on the 500GB SSD? Would completely disabling the 32GB built-in drive allow me to do/use a clean install on the 500GB SSD by downloading and using the Azulle Byte3_Win10Pro.zip system restore? If so, how can the internal tiny 32GB drive be temporarily disabled to do this sort of a restore? I was unable to find a bios setting to disable it.
How do I Migrate Windows 10 from Byte3’s 32GB drive to a 500GB SSD installed in the Byte3?

Thank you for using our forums. The basic idea is that the Windows partition has to be cloned and then deployed on the SSD drive. There is software that would allow you to do that very easy:
There are also a couple of other apps with this option, you can see a few of them here: https://www.partitionwizard.com/clone-disk/migrate-windows-10.html
Let me know any further questions or concerns.
