Hi, My Lynk remote worked perfect last night when plugged into my Byte Plus. This morning, I have tried it on three different computers running Windows 10 and all of them give the same error that the USB device I have connected is not recognized and has malfunctioned. Device manager says “Device descriptor request failed” I am assuming the dongle has died. How do I need to go about replacing it, or is there a simple fix? Thanks.
