      Opened it up and started it up using a keyboard plugged into the USB. Set my windows settings and let it go, now it’s just stuck on the blue screen that says “just a moment.”. I’ve let it go like this twice and it spins for about half an hour then goes to sleep. Tried unplugging the keyboard, etc. Concerned it might be a lemon, can anyone help?

      Thank you for contacting Azulle. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. I would help you to troubleshoot your device.

      My first recommendation will be to try the device in a different TV or monitor, just to confirm if the behavior is the same.

      The ultimate solution is to perform a factory restore on the device, that will reinstall the Operative System, giving you a clean and fresh Windows to start again. You can follow the instructions of how to make it here:

      1 – Download the factory restore file anniversary edition: ftp://ftp.azulletech.com/Recovery/Access%20Plus/AAPlus-Win10_1607.zip
      2 – Prepare a USB drive, has to be formatted as NTFS and named WINPE
      3- Decompress the restore file on the root of the USB Drive, meaning that you will have all the folders on the very root of the drive
      4- Insert the USB on one of the ports, and boot from it. In order to do that start tapping the DEL key as soon as you turn on the device. Once in the BIOS (the blueish screen) move to the last tab Save & Exit and override the boot selecting your USB.
      5- Wait that the process finish, reboot the computer and you will be received with the new Windows
