I use my Azulle Byte 3 to stream HULU-Live to my LG 70UH6350-UB TV. The problem I am running into from time to time is.
When I turn off HULU by closing the web browser and turn back on later the picture will look fine but no sound.
The band-aid fix is first unplug the HDMI cable wait ten seconds pug back in. 50/50 it works. If this fails plan b
total hard boot of the Byte-3 and the sound is restored. Any Ideas for a fix for this problem.

I have tried different cables and different TV HDMI ports with no luck.
BTW I really like this little computer, great product.

    Thank You
    Doug

This is certainly an odd one but I am curious to know if this would still happen after a fresh Windows 10 install using the 1903 version. If resetting to factory defaults is okay, please follow the instructions below:

1 – Download our factory restore media file from our FTP:

    ftp://ftp.azulletech.com/Recovery/1903/Win10Pro1903Restore.zip

2 – Prepare a USB drive, has to be formatted as NTFS and named WINPE
3 – Decompress the restore file and copy all files inside the new folder to the root of the USB drive.
4 – Insert the USB on one of the ports, and boot from it. In order to do that start tapping the DEL key as soon as you turn on the device. Once in the BIOS (the blueish screen) move to the last tab Save & Exit and override the boot selecting your USB.
5 – Wait that the process finish, reboot the computer and you will be received with the new Windows

You can watch this video from the Factory restore for the Quantum units as a visual idea:

Also please be aware that this process will wipe out your hard drive, make sure that you have your system backed up if you want to keep your files.
