Sorry, if this is a duplicate question. I have looked for instructions for resetting the Quantum Access (shipped with Windows 10) and have only found Windows 8.1. How do I factory reset this device?

Thank you for choosing Azull. We are sorry for the inconvenience, you can always contact us directly by calling our offices We’re available mon-fri 9am-5pm est our technicians are always happy to assist. Although i will include below instructions on how to perform a factory restart on the Quantum Access through the Bios. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
1 – Download the factory restore files Quantum Access Restore Files (click here to download)
2 – Prepare a USB drive, has to be formatted as FAT32 and named WINPE
3 – Decompress the restore file on the root of the USB Drive, meaning that you will have all the folders on the very root of the drive
4 – Insert the USB on one of the ports, and boot from it. In order to do that start tapping the DEL key as soon as you turn on the device. Once in the BIOS (the blueish screen) move to the last tab Save & Exit and override the boot selecting your USB.
5 – Wait that the process finish, reboot the computer and you will be received with the new Windows
