After several hours, the Access 3 is turning itself off. It’s not hibernating or sleeping, it’s actually going off (if it were one of the former two, turning it back on would restore the session as it was).
How can I stop this? I need to be able to have it running at all times and remote into it. Having to be by its side to physically press the power button defeats remote access. I went into BIOS and turned on “auto-start”, which at best, defaults the device to come back on after a power-outage. This is useful, but not enough.
Any way to prevent this from happening? I may return device if I cannot get this resolved as I need reliable remote access.
